Office Administrator/PA

Our current Office Administrator is being promoted internally and we need someone to learn her variety plus role, starting asap.

  • Full time, based in Newton

We’d love you to join our small, close knit team with a fabulous friendly culture and gorgeous offices. Reporting to and working very closely with the Managing Director, and Commercial Manager, you’ll be their key right hand person.

The role involves:

  • Sole charge reception and office management
  • Accounts support to the Commercial Manager
  • A broad range of office administration and housekeeping activities
  • All aspects of personal assistance to the Managing Director
  • Organising meetings and events

You’ll be an experienced administrator, who loves getting things right (accurate is your middle name), you also pride yourself on your attention to detail. Previous accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience is essential.

You’ll have excellent numerical, verbal and written communication skills. Well organised, methodical, with a superb customer service ethos also describes you. Along with being intermediate on MS Word and Excel.
