Our clients had a fresh idea and they were sure no one had done it before. They were some way into product development when they thought: maybe we need a brand for this. But how to capture a concept that will be entirely new to its global audience? Two things drove the outcome: these were messages of love; and they would be even more potent if people created them spontaneously, over the course of their lives. Lazarus, a living story came to life. It’s a bold idea and it needed a bold expression to make itself memorable around the world. Memories are - indeed - precious.
